boats sydney harbour

boats sydney harbour
Sydney boat show, 2007, Darling Harbour. Do you think it is worth going there or not?

Well, you would go for these reasons.
1. You have millions of dollars to spare and you simply can’t live without buying a new 40′ Riviera cruiser.
2. You’re a speed freak and are looking to buy a speed boat with a bazillion horsepower engine
3. Wishful thinking

Nah but seriously, It’s a bit like the Sydney Motor show (except that it’s all on water). You go if you like boats or just want to spend the day looking at all the different types of boats and being interested/fascinated/jealous of how cool they all look. I’d recommend going, but it’s one of those things that, once you’ve been, you really don’t need to go again, at least for a few years.

But if you like boats and/or water-oriented events, then by all means go.

I enjoyed it when I went a few years ago, but I don’t really feel the need to go again.
