small boats with cabins
Sailors – do (small) sailing boats with facilities to sleep a family and cook actually exist?
I’m writing a book which involves a sailing trip. It would have to be a relatively small sailboat but able to sleep about 3 people. And I was wondering, does such a thing exist?
I know that speedboats often have quite large cabins, and obviously bigger cruise ships do, but can you get ‘family’ size sailing boats for trips?
If there are any particular types you could say, then I could get more details, that’d be great! (I’m not planning on writing the sailing bit with no experience, I’m going sailing this summer – but I thought I’d work out this bit ahead if I could)

Sure does. I have experienced 26 foot sailboats with a head, galley and sleeping accomodations for 6.
