Can a JG m4 carbine (m4a1) airsoft electric gun use an 10.2V 3000mah battery?
I’m going to be getting the JG m4 carbine airsoft for Christmas and I don’t know if it will be able to handle 10.2 volts along with 3000mah…after doing much research and many youtube videos…It seems that people use 8V to 9.5V batteries on this airsoft gun. And I have a spare 10.2v 3000mah battery left from my broken RC boat…
I was just wondering if this gun would be able to handle a volt or two more than I see others using.
I don’t wanna put the battery in and blow the motor the second I get it for Christmas.
I’ve looked around for the specs of the gun, but haven’t able to find anything on it’s battery usage.
The name of the gun is an M4 carbine (or m4a1) from JG (Jing gong)

The JG M4 should be able to take it if it has metal bushings. Either way expect your gun to break down really soon as the ROF makes it sooner to die then regular 8.4v/8.6 batteries.
ALSO, the voltage may not be right as usual airsoft batteries are 7.2 8.4,9.6 10.8 and 12 with lipoly being i believe 11 and 7.something
Not only that but you may need to replace the battery connecting switch as they may be differennt.
If you want to increase your ROF find Dean plugs. They are avaible and pretty much ANY model store
