Actually there were 3 SHIPS not boats! Those being: The Dartmouth, The Eleanor, and The Beaver. They landed in Boston Harbor on 27 Nov 1773 from East India Co.
On 16 Dec 1773 The Sons of Liberty led by Samuel Adams dumped 342 crates of tea into the Boston Harbor.
